We've launched a new initiative for homeowners who decide not to move forward with the project and as a result plan to sell their home in the near future. Work with our agent, Phil Katz from Coldwell Banker, and we'll spot you on the cost for a zoning architectural plan, floor plan, and rendering to do a 3rd story addition on your house. You pay us back at settlement. Why would we do this? Well, we'd get your business on selling your home (and buying you one?), and the buyers of your home would maybe be inclined to do the project and work with us. The zoning plan and rendering will help attract prospective buyers...a great return on investment!
