3rd Story Philly took this two story row home in West Philadelphia and upgraded it with a 650sf primary suite, office, laundry room and full roof deck.  With custom built-in closets and bookshelves, 3/4" hardwood oak flooring, fiberglass deck, cement board panels wrapped around the exterior, Pella windows and more, we were focused on all the details!
