3rd Story Philly transformed this out of date 2 story home with a full gut, excavation/underpinning of basement, complete teardown and structural rebuild of the 1st and 2nd rear kitchen & room above, and construction of a 3rd floor addition and roof deck.  With a gourmet gallery kitchen, exposed brick, finished basement, high-end finishes, custom walk-in closet and a 4 seat hot tub on the roof, this project created significant equity!   Click here to check out the google street view before we started.
