Our Story
Phil & Zach are the co-founders of 3rd Story Philly. While working on his own renovation and new construction flips, Phil found a niche in the high demand of home additions. He purchased the domain of 3rd Story Philly and designed the logo initially just a referral business where Phil would offer free consultations. As interest poured in through the website, Phil partnered with his then
builder, Zach, whose construction company in 2020 would joined forces with Phil - as partners they would operate the business under the 3rd Story Philly name. The two have been able to grow the company and expand the services, and help countless Philadelphians with their home renovation, addition, and construction projects.
