We Won Philadelphia Inquirer: Philly's Favorites 2026!
We are absolutely thrilled to announce that 3rd Story Philly has been recognized in the 2026 Philly’s Favorite Awards! Thanks to your incredible support, votes, and trust in our team, we took home top honors across three major categories this year:
🥇 GOLD – Best Custom Home Builder
🥈 SILVER – Best Homebuilder
🥉 BRONZE – Best Kitchen Remodeler
This recognition means the world to us because it comes directly from you—our clients, neighbors, and the amazing Philadelphia community. From drafting the first blueprints of a bespoke custom home to putting the final, perfect touches on a dream kitchen remodel, our goal has always been to elevate how Philadelphians live. We share these awards with our dedicated crew, our talented partners, and most importantly, the homeowners who invite us into their spaces to build something beautiful. Thank you for making us a Philly favorite!
