3rd Story Philly constructed an addition on the rear of the 3rd floor, along with a full renovation of the remainder of the floor and partial renovation on the 2nd floor. Additionally, a walkout deck was constructed, complete with fabricated metal stairs leading up to a 2nd level roof deck. These updates provided a modern and functional space for our clients.
