It took us over a year to get permits with the home being on the historic register!  Sitting right on Fitler Sq. the Historic Commission required that the 3rd floor be set back 26' from the front.  Luckily with a deep 55' house, this was possible enabling it to be a worthwhile project by adding a full bedroom, bathroom and entertainment space with a wet bar leading out to a roof deck.  In addition, we extended the 1st and 2nd floor out 7' with a full renovation.  The homeowners purchased this house in 2016 for $670,000 and in the winter of 2021 decided to move to the suburbs so put the house on the market and sold it for $1,450,000!
