The owners of 321 Queen saw the vacant lot directly adjacent to their home and had the dream idea of doubling the size of their home. In stepped 3rd Story Philly. We took the empty lot and converted an existing 2000 sf rowhome into a nearly 4500sf rowhome complete with a backyard, a roof deck and even a garage fit with a 2 car lift. Converting the vacant lot was no easy feat having to dig out the nearly 9' basement and underpin the existing neighboring structure. In the end, a gorgeous new space emerged. This newly imagined home boasts 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, each with a unique tile design, complete with luxury finishes.
