One of 3rd Story Philly's earlier projects, 760 S. 8th St. was an exciting 2 floor addition for the homeowners who had previously done a kitchen renovation.  Almost doubling the size of their home, a primary suite with a walk-in-closet, office, all seasons entertainment space, powder room, and walk-out deck with stunning views, 3rd Story Philly provided the space for this growing family.  In the Spring of 2022, the homeowners had to relocate oversees and sold the home for $975,000.  For some perspective on the equity the homeowners captured by doing this project, they purchased the home in 2015 for $356,000!!
